News: FindWhat soon to rebrand as Miva

In an effort to bring together its several online marketing and e-commerce properties, FindWhat is planning on soon re-brand as Miva Media, to manage all the pay-per-click, pay-per-call and AdRevenue services that the company offers.

“We're one large company, but we haven't necessarily put that message out to the marketplace.” Said Craig Pisaris-Henderson, Miva’s chairman and CEO.

The company also plans to offer new private-branded toolbars and other several search-related applications so as to set off a massive marketing campaign in the USA and also part of Europe such as Italy, Spain, Germany, France and U.K. The change also deals with the fact that FindWhat had recently faced a patent dispute with Yahoo last month, scoring a minor win.
