Webmaster's Rights Declaration Articles / Date: Jul 26, 2004 - 01:30 PM 1.- All Affiliate Programs must contain in the adhesion contract valid data of the company that offers the Affiliate Program 2.- The conditions expressed in the Agreement of an Affiliate Program cannot be modified without a previous warning of 30 days. 3.- No account of a Webmaster in an Affiliate Program can be cancelled or suspended without a proven reason. The sole discretion of the Partner will never be accepted as justificatory cause for the cancellation of one account. 4.- In the instance of justified cancellation of an account, the amounts obtained by the Webmasters, up to the date of cancellation, must be paid in any case. 5.- The details of the statistics of the overcame months will have to be always accessible and able to be consulted by the Affiliates. 6.-Revenues earned by Affiliates cannot be modified retroactively. 7.- In the case of Affiliate Programs on a commission basis, the true average conversion rates of the Program must be clearly exposed. The variations which those data have, must be communicated periodically to the Affiliates 8.- The fiscal conditions of the country in which the company that offers an Affiliate Program resides, must be clearly reflected in the Agreement Contrat. 9.- All Affiliate Programs must have a support team able to clear the doubts, solve problems and questions of the Webmasters in a maximum term of 48 hours.
