Yahoo launched its new instant client message program that enables people to talk PC-to-PC VOIP (Voice over IP). It's almost like all known chat programs like ICQ or Messenger, but this one supports voice chat. The only thing that is needed is that when two people talk, there would have microphones or speakers and the Yahoo Messenger itself. To star a call is as simple as chatting: double-click on the phone icon that appears on the person's info. In that way you'll be inviting the other person to talk. If he or she agrees, a notification there will appear and after approved, it would be it.

Many other features will come together with this Yahoo's brand new instant messenger. Much as the option to decline conversation, a handful of ring tones, call log, free voice mail, a retooled photo-sharing feature. And yet, a very encouraging contest: from August 15th to September 5th, those who try this service will be competing to win a trip to visit a family member or a friend anywhere in the world.
